Installation Inspection

During the course of ongoing installation / project works, MedCom Engineering offer the service of Inspection of installation. This service covers but is not limited to comment on compliance of items listed below based on HTM 2-01 / C11 Standards / Relevant BCGA CP’s:

• Review of Training Records of Installer
• Ongoing System installation standards / quality of workmanship
• Documented Testing Procedures and validity of test results
• Verification of Calibration and Test Equipment
• Review of Testing Protocols and assessment of Test Pack for Handover on completion of works

System Compliance –Overview and comment

• Compliance of MGPS manifold rooms, plant rooms, cylinder storage arrangements
• Visible parts of the MGPS such as selected AVSU’s and terminal units
• An inspection for compliance of installed plant items

Engineering Review

• Review of Schematic Design drawings of the MGPS vs Layout / As Installed
• Assessment of overall Alarm Strategy
• Review of Gas Detection / Safety Systems

Further comment

• Written schemes of examination in compliance with HTM 0201
• Review of suitability of Operation and Maintenance Manual / Test Pack for Client
