Validation and Verification on completion of Installations

MedCom Engineering offers an independent validation and verification service for Clients with laboratory / high purity gas installations to current BCGA Standards and for Healthcare Clients to HTM 0201 Standards as required.

Validation:

We can offer Clients and Main Contractors the service of completing an independent detailed assessment of a laboratory gas or medical gas installation. We undertake a documented process of proving that the system as installed is fit for purpose and that it can achieve the operating performance as originally designed and specified.

This service offers peace of mind to all parties and it prevents costly re-work and contra charges on accounts, especially in times of a highly competitive and fast moving market. It is essential that this specific service is carried out by an independent company on behalf of a Client.

Verification:

Verification procedures involve regularly repeating tests devised specifically to ensure that the product, service, or system continues to meet the initial design requirements, specifications, and regulations as time progresses. The verification services can be provided tailored to the specific Client's requirements; ensuring standards continue to be achieved.

A detailed examination of a representative sample of all documentation, equipment, installation practice will be undertaken by MedCom based on recommendation of HTM 02-01 and IS EN ISO 7396 Medical Gas Pipeline Systems / relevant BCGA CP’s
